To qualify for this role, you will need: - Level 3 in Early Years or above
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery setting, demonstrating your deep understanding of their needs and development.
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, and the ability to create engaging and stimulating activities that align with its principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with children, their families, and your colleagues with empathy, respect, and enthusiasm.
- Passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for children, nurturing their natural curiosity and love for learning.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in and supervising a wide range of day-to-day activities to enable children's learning and development.
- Creating and implementing exciting and age-appropriate learning and play activities to stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
- Ensuring the safety, happiness, and wellbeing of all children in your care, fostering a secure and comforting environment.
