In this role, you will help develop user interfaces, layouts, infographics, illustrations and scope fresh visuals for new projects. You will also fulfil briefs on the visual design element of the eLearning modules and supporting videos and animations.

Responsibilities

* Create high-quality visuals for digital learning projects including infographics, user interfaces, animations and videos utilising the Adobe CC Suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia and Vyond

* Operate within agile or scrum frameworks, following the digital design process

* Source imagery for use in modules and learning campaigns

* Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to realise stakeholders' visions for eLearning

* Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all materials comply with brand guidelines

* Theme modules in Articulate Rise and Storyline

* Contribute to storyboards for module content, focusing on visual elements and user experience

* Design the layout of educational materials

Skills

* A keen interest in latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology, continuously exploring new visual enhancement methods, including gamification and microlearning

* Strong understanding of UX/UI design

* Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Camtasia or similar tools

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* A personable team player

Education requirements

* Relevant qualifications in graphic design, learning design or similar are desirable but not essential

Experience

* 2-3 years' previous experience working in a digital learning role

* Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

* Experience of 2D and 3D animation creation

* Experience of using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
