Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of audits.
- Oversee a portfolio of 20-30 clients from a variety of industries.
- Supervise and manage a small team of Audit Seniors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all engagements.
- Work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- 50% of your time focused on audit and 50% on accounts.
- Utilise systems such as Digita, Xero, Sage1, and QuickBooks for audit and accounting tasks.
- Contribute to the development of junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit.
- 4+ years of experience working in a practice environment.
- ACCA qualified is essential.
- Clear understanding and proven experience in audit planning, execution, and completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Willingness to work away for up to 3 weeks per year.
