If you are a professional Property Manager seeking a local position with a progressive organisation then this position could be right for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties and maintaining service levels

- Planning cyclical maintenance and managing reactive works when required

- Visiting properties to carry out a thorough Site inspection

- Liaising with residents and dealing with any tenancy issues that occur

- Maintaining regular contact with Insurance Brokers and managing any claims that occur

- Liaising with leaseholders to ensure they are kept up to date on any issues that occur
