We are currently recruiting for an Operations Accountant to join a fast-paced manufacturing business based in North Suffolk. Working in a business partnering capacity and reporting into the Site Finance Director, this will offer fantastic exposure across the wider organisation. Responsibilities include:

• To ensure that the KPI reporting of the site is completed accurately
• To manage the robust performance reporting of the delegated business units
• To ensure regular stock takes are done and investigate anomalies to system
• Ensure that the site overheads are recorded correctly and that all accruals and prepayments are accurate
• Assist in the preparation of the site weekly and monthly actuals, monitoring against budgets and forecasts and providing trend analysis of key operational numbers
• To support in the continual improvement in the process and systems relevant to the needs of the site

Key skills:

• You will be a qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant manufacturing experience
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Flexible with the ability to prioritise effectively and to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet and establish deadlines
