Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Business Manager to join their team in a high-level role. This position is fast-paced and requires a strong understanding of business operations, as well as flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Director
- Processing expenses
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Handling confidential matters
- Attending board meetings
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers or external partners.
- Ability to attend board meetings and provide effective support as needed.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have own vehicle.
