Maternity Cover - Property Manager - SW London (Hybrid) - up to £45k

We’re working with a long established Property Management group based in SW London.

Focused on the Prime & Central London Market, their portfolio comprises an impressive and well run mix of RTM/RMC, Freehold and Boutique Developer blocks.

As a result of parental leave, they now seek 2 x additional Property Managers as follows

• Maternity cover contract to start - circa 9 months with the potential for permanent employment thereafter
• Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home/site)
• Working as part of a long established, vibrant, inclusive and friendly team
• Undertaking the full range of Property Manager duties from budgets to major works, insurance provision and site inspections
• Portfolio is ENTIRELY London based, long held with minimal arrears/issues
• ATPI preferred but not essential (can be supported for those who fulfil the maternity cover and remain in-post on a permanent basis thereafter)
• Salary for the successful Property Manager up to £45k depending on experience
• IMMEDIATE START POSSIBLE for those available/suitable
