Role: Marketing Manager- Civil Engineering Contractor
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 + Package

The company are seeking a Marketing Manager who can drive their brand presence, enhance digital engagement and support business growth.

Key Duties:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth plans.

* Manage social media channels, creating engaging content to showcase projects, team achievements, and industry insights.

* Organise and attend business development events to network with potential clients and partners.

* Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

* Oversee website management, ensuring content is up-to-date and reflects the company's values and services.

* Collaborate with internal teams to gather project updates and highlight successes.

* Monitor marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or a related industry.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external partners.

* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
