What are we looking for?

You would need to know section agreements like the back of your hand, particularly S104, S38, T78 as well as everything that goes into open space areas on a site. You will be focused on getting the current sites adopted by the relevant parties so your technical understanding and your ability to communicate, negotiate and build rapport with a range of people and organisations is of the utmost importance. You will understand the legal and insurance implications of getting these sites adopted and ideally you will have a proven track record in doing so. The role is open to those with transferable skills so if you do have knowledge of these areas but maybe not in an adoption engineer role currently but would like to be, then it's worth getting in touch and having a conversation.
