Ambient People is recruiting an interim Head of Transactional Services for a London Borough.

Specifically, this role requires in depth working knowledge of housing benefit payments, with a significant part of your brief being to help drive improvements to how this authority manages these payments. This is an initial 3 month assignment, with every chance of being extended, requiring one day per week in the office.
