THE COMPANY

I am headhunting exclusively for an Analytics Consultancy on a key Senior BA hire within the Sustainability/ESG space.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Sustainability Business Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current sustainability practices and ESG performance
• Develop tailored sustainability roadmaps and action plans aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into business operations
• Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability goals, offering insights for continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Sustainability Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a business analyst or consultancy role, specialising in sustainability and ESG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks, such as UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and GRI Standards

THE BENEFITS
