Role Overview

MultiTrades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner/Multi-Trader to work on social housing properties across Merseyside and Manchester. The ideal candidate will have strong joinery skills and the ability to carry out a variety of property maintenance tasks, ensuring a "First Time Fix" approach with minimal supervision. A company van is provided for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform high-quality joinery work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of doors, windows, and frames.

* Carry out additional maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, and decorating.

* Deliver efficient and professional service to social housing tenants and property owners.

* Work within budget and time constraints while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

* Stay updated on technical and legal requirements relevant to the trade.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry or a related trade.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within social housing repairs and maintenance.
✅ Skills: Ability to perform multi-trade tasks and deliver high-standard workmanship.
✅ Additional Requirements: A valid UK driving license to travel across the North West
