With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Maintenance Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager in and around the  area.

Day to Day:

Day to day management of social housing planned maintenance 
Carrying out surveys on properties to identify works
Leading a team of trades completing works
Checking and signing off works
Good sound building knowledge essential
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Suitable construction, building related qualification e.g. NVQ
Previous experience of domestic property maintenance
Experience of people management
General building knowledge essential
Must be computer literate
Must have full UK Driving Licence
