The Company

A growing and forward-thinking business specialising in providing trade services to across the Midlands.

What you will do:

* Manage inbound enquiries from the ecommerce

* Liaise with marketing company and track there KPIs & ROI

* Booking in appointments for the sales team to meet clients

* Providing sales support to sale team from point of quotation

* Sending out information packs to clients once appointments are booked

* Process new sales orders onto the CRM

* Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process providing updates

What will you need?

* Previous sales admin or internal sales experience would be advantageous

* Has used Hubspot CRM previously

* Confident in speaking with clients over the phone

* Proficient in Word and Excel

* Excellent communications and customer service skills

* Confident on the telephone
