The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple housing developments from inception through to final accounts. Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing budgets and forecasts for residential developments

* Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

* Procuring subcontractors and materials

* Managing subcontractor payments and valuations

* Supporting the wider team with commercial decision-making

* Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures

* Preparing reports for internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding or residential construction sector

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* A proactive and team-focused attitude

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
