Club Administrator & Childcare Deputy Manager**
**Maidenhead Based**
**Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week in the term time and 30 hours a week in the school holidays**
**Salary: £23'613.90 - £24'579.00 per annum**

Our client is looking for a Admin and Deputy Manager to work in the Maidenhead area.

Key Responsibilities:-
• To assist the Manager with supervising the day-to-day management of all areas of the club, leading the staff, training them and encouraging their personal development to thrive and to cover the Manager in their absence
• To ensure the children aged 3-14 years have fun within clubs with a range of activities including sports, outdoor play, arts and crafts, baking, experiments, homework sessions and you work in partnership with parent at all times
• To work as part of a team and be part of the Management group with your main focus as providing excellent childcare
• Upload new holiday clubs to the back end of the database
• Upload holiday club information on website
• Email parents when holiday club is open for bookings
• Distribute posters to schools via email
• Print and laminate posters to distribute to all clubs to promote upcoming holiday club
• Input menu details into the template document and save as PDF and JPEG for use on email newsletters and website.
• Input holiday club and term time club booking data to the booking data spreadsheet
• Add holiday club to event listings and add holiday clubs to Facebook events
• To process holiday club bookings
• Working with the club managers to do rotas and cover where needed etc.

Skills criteria:-
Excellent administration skills and a Level 3 in Childcare.
