As the new Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant:

  • Provide a full range of HR administration including drafting letters, contracts, filing, providing references, stationery orders.
  • Advertise and track vacancies, liaising with hiring and recruitment managers on shortlisting and interviewing potential new hires.
  • Check and verify new starter information including Right to Work checks, references, and DBSs if required.
  • Liaise and support prospective candidates and new starters within the organisation by managing incoming calls to the Recruitment team and monitoring the Recruitment inbox.

To be the new Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant, you should have:

  • Prior experience gained in recruitment or human resources.
  • Ideally experience drafting job adverts from a Job Specification.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and employee relations processes.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £27,000 per year plus other benefits and development opportunities - including hybrid working - which can be discussed on interview.
