Specialising in Grounds Maintenance, working with a wide range of clients in the Midlands region on sites that include: Corporate Sector, Military, Royal Parks. 100M+ turnover company looking for an experienced Contract Manager who can hit the ground running.

ROLE

Management of S/M/L Grounds Maintenance sites
Ensuring compliance of all H&S aspects
Management of main contractors
Procurement of materials
Forecasting budgets
People management
Maintain excellent client relationships
Effective running of Landscape Construction Projects

MUST HAVE

Minimum 5 years management experience
Strong background within Soft Landscaping
Horticulture related qualifications
Full UK Driver's License
