Salary: £22000 - £25000/annum

We are recruiting for an Administrator for our client on the outskirts of Newark.

This is a full time office based role. Immediate start available. You will also need your own transport to get to their site.

Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Salary £22,000-£25,000 DOE

Duties;
• Generate client leads.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintaining good customer relations.
• Communicating and handling customer information.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM on a daily basis.
• Maximise the potential from existing customers and seek out new sales opportunities.
• Develop trading relationships between Distributors and Retailers to meet customer expectations.
• Producing Reports.

The ideal candidate for the role will be efficient and adaptable, with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers. Secretarial skills are an added advantage, as the job will involve taking on diary management duties for executives. There will be plenty of scope for the right candidate to move into field sales. A general mechanical background or interest would be of an advantage to understand the product. However, product training will be given.
