JP Recruitment are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's team. You will be based in Wythenshawe at their manufacturing site.
This is a temp 2 perm position for a reputable company.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Creating and giving quotes to customers for products.
* Liaising with internal departments throughout the process.
* Sending purchase orders accordingly.
* Checking customer delivery process.
* Completion of paperwork and documentation.
* Dealing with customers for queries and updates.
* Matching Sales and Purchase Orders
* Use of SAGE.
* Navigating the internal CRM system to update customer records and delivery status.
* Dealing with delivery couriers and sister branches within the company.
* Dispatch documentation completion.
* Stock control, management and ordering stock - dealing with suppliers.
Working Hours:
* Mon - Thurs - 8am - 5pm
* Friday - 8am - 2:30pm

* £27k per annum
