Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant- Liverpool L36

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Team Teach trained Teaching Assistant to join oe of our SEN schools in L36, to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible!

You'll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for those with additional needs.

This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
* Deliver catch-up sessions

Essential Qualifications:

* Be resilient
* Be able to demonstrate empathy
* Have a passion to change young people's lives for the better
* Have a Team Teach Trained certificate dated within the past two years
* Have an understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues
