LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are looking for a full time Apprentice Employee Experience Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Keep accurate computerised HR records on the HR System and provide analysed reports.
* Answering employee phone calls and emails in regards to recruitment and general HR enquires.
* Sending out contracts of employment, offer packs, reference requests etc
* Maintaining accurate HR personnel files on teams and HR systems.
* Supporting in the employee onboarding process
* Sourcing and booking training, along with all related correspondence
* Take minutes and assisting in the Investigation & Disciplinary procedure
* Dealing with day-to-day enquiries via email and telephone.
* General administration tasks.
* To complete a full apprenticeship in Human Resources.
* To report all noted abnormalities at any company workplace that could possibly lead to either material or personal damage and to take immediate measures to minimise the risk thereto
* To ensure that safe working practices are followed within all areas of your responsibility, to safeguard the health and well-being, safety and protection of yourself, your colleagues and others.
* Take ownership and be solely responsible of any workplace equipment, tools or property issued, hired, or allocated to you by LNT Construction. It is your responsibly to ensure all items issued to yourself are kept presentable, functional and are calibrated to the manufacturer's instructions. All faults or defects must be reported to your line manager immediately. All workplace equipment, tools and property remain in the ownership of LNT construction and must be returned in an acceptable condition, full working on return.

* In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be asked to perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
