About the Role: Attendance Officer:

As an Attendance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our school's daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and record student attendance with precision and care, setting the foundation for effective learning and timely interventions. Working during the morning sessions from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM, this role offers an ideal blend of full-time commitment with the flexibility of an AM-only schedule—perfect if you're looking to balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities as an Attendance Officer Include:

• Accurately recording and monitoring student attendance and punctuality.

• Liaising with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to address attendance concerns.

• Maintaining up-to-date attendance records in line with local authority guidelines.

• Contributing to the creation of a supportive and proactive school environment.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role within a primary school setting and a solid understanding of school attendance procedures.
