With an established reputation in bulk earthworks, remediation, complex demolition and deconstruction, sustainable disposal, and aggregate supply, they are expanding their operations into minor construction works. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects to the highest standards, focusing on earthworks, civils, and drainage. You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise site operations across earthworks, civils, and drainage projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
*
Implement and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
*
Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and prepare reports.
*
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering, earthworks, and drainage.
*
Strong knowledge of groundworks, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure projects.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Valid CSCS card; SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
*
Full UK driving licence
