The Supervisor Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving our business goals

Working on-site at one of our most remarkable engineering clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
Confident with IT skills such as excel
Addressing inquiries and concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with customers F2F which can include senior stakeholders such as directors
Responsible for audits and risk assessments, KPI metrics
Supervisory responsibilities such as training, annual leave, sickness absence

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Automotive type environment.
A manufacturing or volume production background would be desirable but any manufacturing background would be considered as long as the individual has strong leadership skills.
You will be organised, resilient and have the ability to think outside the box.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Weekly Rotating shifts-Monday - Friday

06:00-14:00 & 14:00 -22:00

There could also be a requirement of traveling to OEM sites if required
