Office Location: Burnley

Remuneration: £24,000 - £28,000 + Commission, OTE £26,000 - £30,000

The role of the Customer Advisor - Fabrics & Wallcoverings will involve:

• Customer Advisor position selling a high quality fabrics and wallcoverings
• You will be dealing with architects, interior designers, fabric makers, large end users, curtain contractors/installers, blind contractors
• Focusing on the commercial, hospitality, healthcare & educational sectors
• Follow up on leads & customers who have received samples and prepare sales orders
• Deal with inbound customer enquires via telephone & email
• Provide updates to customers on their orders, & new or discontinued products
• Support the wider sales support/BDM teams as required

The ideal applicant will be a Customer Advisor - Fabrics & Wallcoverings with:

• Must have experience within an internal sales or customer service
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive & enthusiastic
• Energetic, intelligent and articulate with a very keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills including with stakeholders
• IT Literate (Office, CRM)
