We have an excellent opportunity to join our Procurement Team and be involved in the full life cycle of procurement activities. You'll be joining a friendly team, who have lots of experience to share. The team are responsible for the procurement and purchasing of anything and everything from large ships, through to PPE, or paint for our buoys.
If you are interested in joining our Procurement team, you will be involved in the development of procurement initiative plans, liaising with our stakeholders, supplier assessments, assisting in improving costs, quality, and delivery. We'll also support you towards managing high value tenders.
We offer a clear career path, and we will invest in your learning and development, including supporting you towards achieving the CIPS qualification (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply). You'll also get an opportunity to visit some of our historic Lighthouses and Ships.

Skills and Experience
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational, written, communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent administration skills, including electronic administration.
- Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office Products.
- An interest in working towards achieving a CIPS Level 4 qualification.
Qualifications
- Five level 2 qualifications including English and mathematics.
- Two level 3 qualifications (A-Level or equivalent).
