We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to a wonderful school in Chatham, Kent.

The school is situated in the heart of Chatham, a culturally rich and diverse area of Medway. As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating our pupils. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body, while fostering a love for learning and promoting a positive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider community is integral to our ethos, and we encourage innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected
Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community
Establish positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication regarding pupil progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a diverse urban setting
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils
