An established Property Investment Group based in North West London is recruiting for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their company and provide support to a small friendly team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in an office environment and possess strong IT skills.This position is full time, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and offers an early finish on Friday's and an excellent holiday package. Parking is also available. Duties to include:* Providing administration support to a small team * Meeting and greeting clients* Answering incoming phone calls* Arranging internal and external meetings and appointments * Dealing with incoming emails, letters and correspondence* Maintaining client records and tracking incoming/outgoing documents* Procurement of office supplies and stationary* Client liaison Skills & Attributes* Experience working within an office environment* Strong IT skills* An interest to develop a career within the property industryThis is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years experience administrative experience looking to progress their career within the real estate sector in a role which will offer training and progression.
