Project Manager - Civils Project (Lancaster)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an exciting 12-month civil engineering project in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established Tier 2 contractor, delivering a high-profile scheme for a major client.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Leading project delivery to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
✅ Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and productivity.
✅ Overseeing health, safety, and quality compliance across the project.
✅ Budget control and progress reporting, keeping stakeholders informed.
✅ Liaising with clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ CSCS card,
✔️ Strong experience in civil engineering project management.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Proven ability to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.
