Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Building Control Manager to join a dynamic team in South West London. This is an urgent contract role starting immediately, with an initial term of 3 months, subject to possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage building control functions to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Review and assess building projects, ensuring they meet building safety and regulatory standards.
* Work closely with contractors, architects, and developers to guide and support project compliance.
* Conduct site inspections and issue certification upon project completion.

Requirements:
* BSI Registered Building Control Surveyor (Class 2f/4 essential).
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
* Proven experience managing building control processes, ideally within a local authority or similar setting
