Structured Cabling Engineer contract in Canvey Island

DCS Recruitment currently seek experienced data cabling engineers in Canvey Island on behalf of a national client.

Vacancies: 1

Start: ASAP

Working up to 8 hours on Day shifts.

Responsibilities and desired experience:

• Installation of data cabling including pulling, terminating, and testing various structured cabling - CAT5/5E, CAT6/6A, CAT7 - and equipment such as APs and CCTV systems
• Installation of relevant containment in a commercial and retail setting
• Safe provision and use of own hand/power tools and termination kit

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
• Have a minimum of 2 years comms industry experience
• Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
