RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent company based in Walton-le-dale, Preston who are looking for a Ledger Supervisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Ledger Supervisor role would be responsible for overseeing a small team and taking ownership of the purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Duties include:
- Supervising the workload of the transactional team members
- Ensuring the team are processing purchase invoices and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Overseeing credit control
- Checking payment runs
- Supporting team members with any complex queries and escalating to Financial Controller as needed
- Hands on with processing of purchase invoices, credit notes, supplier statement reconciliations
- Continuous improvements across processes and policies
This Ledger Supervisor role is ideal for someone who is experienced across both sales and purchase ledger. It could be an ideal next step for someone with transactional experience who is looking to step up into a supervisory role.
