Our client, a leading retailer in Guildford, is seeking a Sales Team Leader to join their dynamic and thriving team!

You'll play an integral part in driving the company's success and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction!

You will manage and motivate the passionate sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service!

Daily Duties:

Take ownership of weekly sales targets, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use CRM systems to manage customer relationships, improve retention, and maximise customer lifetime value.
Provide excellent after-sales service, conduct delivery checks, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to devise strategic actions and contribute to weekly trading reports.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and manage key aspects like stock availability and product discontinuations.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and lead consumer-to-trade email conversions.
Manage the team inbox, handle customer escalations, and support training initiatives.
Attend delivery meetings, optimise sales by reviewing stock availability, and ensure the team follows return and refund procedures.
Stay updated with fraud, PCI Compliance, and GDPR training.
Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows and events, representing the company in the best possible light.Skills/ Experience Needed:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B retail environment.
CRM experience is a plus.
Strong negotiation, time management, and organisational skills.
