Key Responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with additional needs
Help implement tailored learning and behaviour strategies
Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
