My Client in Abingdon is looking for a Manual Turner/Machinist.

job responsibilities:

* Produce parts to the correct tolerances based on engineering drawings.

* Perform machining operations, including turning, boring, trepanning, roughing, and finishing.

* Work primarily with materials such as stainless steel, alloys, brass, copper, and plastics.

* Interpret and understand engineering drawings accurately.

* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

* Maintain a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.

* Training available for the right candidate.

( Mon- Thurs 8am-4pm & Fri 8am-1pm)

Job Type: Full-time
