Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an HR Support Administrator to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to support with administration tasks across various areas of the business, including HR and health and safety. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus Bupa private medical insurance, cashback healthcare plan, life assurance, increasing holiday entitlement with length of service, and more!

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.30pm and you have the option for one day hybrid working per week. 

Reporting to the Head of People, your responsibilities will include:

HR administration duties, including processing new starters and company leavers, actioning HR correspondence, assisting with recruitment across the business and supporting with new starter inductions 
Fleet administration duties, including maintaining accurate records, managing the company fuel card account, liaising with the fleet service provider and providing data for fleet finances
Health and Safety administration duties, including coordinating schedules, organising H&S and on-site reviews, supporting with risk assessments and planning for H&S training
Facilities administration duties, including managing the company conference room, setting up for on-site meetings, collating data for use in management meetings and supporting with adhoc projects

The ideal candidate:

Will ideally have some experience working in an HR role or an HR department and must have strong administration skills
Must be organised, a 'starter-finisher' and have excellent attention to detail
Will need to be trustworthy, hardworking and flexible in approaches to various tasks.
