Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician - Walton-On-Thames - £40,000 DOE

Workforce Partners have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Paint Sprayer to join a well established company in the Walton-On-Thames area. Our client specializes in providing fine decorative finishes to a range of luxury clients throughout the Automotive, Marine, Aviation and other bespoke industries.

The ideal candidate for this role will boast a wealth of experience as a paint sprayer having worked on all sides of the process from prep and prime through to top coat and lacquer ensuring a perfected high quality finish and strong understanding of the products.

Role/Responsibilities

* Prepare and prime a range of surfaces, sanding and filling

* Apply base and top coats seamlessly

* Lacquer

* Curing between stages to ensure a high quality finish and customer satisfaction

Experience/Attributes

* Experience working as a spray painter on similar projects

* Understanding of the spray gun and maintenance

* Ability to work as a team and individually, following instructions from the paint shop manager to maintain processes

* High attention to detail

* Experience working with lacquers and high gloss finishes
