Ideal candidate:

* Main contractor background

* Experience on Housing projects desired

* Ambitious and motivated work attitude

Duties will include:

* Assisting with procuring materials and subcontractors.

* Attending project progress meetings.

* Assisting with subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.

* Preparation of final accounts.

* Identifying commercial risks.

* Monitoring cash flow.

* Assisting with the CVR.

* Working with the site teams

* Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor
