Logistics Co-ordinator

Class1 Personnel on behalf of our client, who are leaders in their field, are recruiting on a permanent basis for a Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: St. Albans

Hours: 0700 to 1630 hrs, Mon to Fri

Salary: 26K to 29K depending on experience with quarterly bonus achievable

Roles & Responsibilities for the Logistics Co-ordinator

Daily Check Reporting & Monitoring
Defect Reporting & Actioning
Tacho Digi Downloading - Vehicle & Driver
Infringement Reporting & E Filing
HGV & Crafter Vehicle Earnings
Fully Supporting Logistics Manager in Day-to-Day Tasks
Planning & Scheduling Vehicle Pmi's, Service's & Mot's
Liaising with Motus, AGS (Mercedes) Iveco, HTC & VW
Forklift Truck Maintenance & Repair Scheduling, Locators & Windsor
Liaising with Forklift Repair Contractors
Planning & Scheduling Company Car Service, Repairs & MOT's
Daily monitoring of Logistics Board and input of MOT's, and Services
Transport & Logistics Invoices, Liaising with AccountsRequirements & Skills desirable for the Logistics Co-ordinator

Transport Knowledge & Skills Highly Recommended
Computer Literate, Skills in Excel & Word, Emails & Scanning
Creating Electronic Vehicle Folders & Filing
