Position: VNA Operator
Type: Full-time Temporary Ongoing
Shift Pattern: Early and late shifts required, including 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with potential overtime)
Pay: £12.60 per hour

Gap Personnel is collaborating with a valued client in the Kettering area and is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience and forklift licenses to join their team.

Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an essential part of our warehouse team, assisting with all aspects of goods-in, stock control, and delivery notes. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products/orders while meeting established picking targets.
Efficiently move stock around the warehouse using VNA and forklift.
Load and unload goods as required.
Conduct quality checks on orders.
Support the production and goods-out teams.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and activities.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.
Note: This position can be physically demanding, with a constant focus on safety, quality, and hygiene to ensure customer satisfaction.
About You:

Previous experience in a warehouse picking environment is essential.
VNA experience and any kind of forklift license as conversion possible on site.
Strong practical skills and understanding of warehouse operations.
Good numeracy skills; counting is a critical part of this role.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Own transport is beneficial due to the location.
