Job Position: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £80 - £140 per day

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on students' learning journeys? We are looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of students' education during teacher absences.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and activities, engaging students in their work.
Manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Provide support and guidance to students, helping them stay on track with their learning.
Report any issues or concerns to the relevant department or senior staff.
Assist with administrative tasks related to cover duties.
Cover Supervisor Requirements:

Experience working with secondary school students in an educational setting.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different classroom environments.
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to work.
