Job title: Account Executive - Personal Lines

Salary: £35,000

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are working with a reputable insurance company to find askilled individual to join their Private clients - personal lines team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, and driving portfolio growth.

EXPERIENCE 

• Customer-facing role in personal lines insurance
• Basic knowledge of personal insurance products and compliance (FCA, Consumer Duty)
• Experience in renewals, new business, and client queries (desirable) 

SKILLS 

• Strong communication and organization
• Proactive and client-focused approach
• Team player with business development skills

DAY-TO-DAY 

• Manage and build client relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Assist with policy renewals and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals
• Stay updated on market trends and training
