We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Redhill.

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately across multiple channels
Upselling when possible
Providing information about products
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data entryThe ideal Customer Service Executive Requirements:

Proven experience providing outstanding customer service
A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
