Home Based – able to meet in Leeds at least once a month

If you an organised, detail-oriented individual looking for a flexible, remote admin role, Myla Grace Accountancy is currently looking for a proactive and reliable Senior Support Administrator to help with day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include but limited to:
- Assist with general admin tasks, document management, and correspondence.
- Handle compliance and due diligence checks for new clients.
- Keep track of deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure efficient workflows.
- Assist with setting up new client accounts and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Help manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in admin, bookkeeping, or working within an accountancy firm is a plus.
- Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
