We are delighted to be partnering with a Global organisation in their search for an assistant Treasury Accountant. Our client offers an excellent working environment, the office is spacious and modern, and a relaxed and happy working atmosphere is always promoted.
What you’ll be doing
- Get hands-on with journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations, making sure everything adds up perfectly!
- Be the go-to for crafting bi-weekly cash flow forecasts to keep us on track.
- Use Power BI to create insightful reports and help shape impactful PowerPoint presentations for the management team.
- Contribute to preparing annual financial statements for some of our key subsidiary entities.
- Map out processes in MS Visio to support audit improvements and streamline our operations.
- Work closely with a collaborative team to produce reports that help drive business decisions.
- Tackle various ad-hoc accounting projects, ensuring timely and top-quality financial reporting.
What skills and experience we are looking for
- GCSEs in English and Math (grade 5 or above)
- Willing to learn and commit to studying towards the AAT
- Problem solving, with your newfound knowledge of the policies and procedures.
- Effective decision making with great communication skills.
- A good eye! Ability to analyse and identify key information.
