Role: Logistics Assistant

Location: London Colney

Hours: 07:00am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours

Salary: £12.00 an hour, weekly pay  / £26,611 per annum

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Logistics Assistant for one of our clients based in London Colney, on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Our client is looking for an individual that has experience within transport, dealing with drivers on daily basis and strong administrative experience.

Duties of a Logistics Assistant:

Daily Check Register
Daily Driver Register
Digi Downloads
Quarterly driving Licence Checks
Organising training for drivers
Audit preparation
Dealing and organising drivers holiday report
Fuel Prices Comparisons 
Book Driver CPC Courses
Support the Transport Manager with other daily tasks
What we would like from you:

Previous experience within logistics / transport
Strong administration skills
Highly organised
Proactive and team player
Ability to use different systems / softwares 
Excellent communication skills
Ideally a driver with own car, due to location
