Responsibilities

Responsible for providing the highest standards of support and organisation for the ELT members with the utmost regard for confidentiality, discretion and living the company values.
Represent ELT.
Work with the CFO to ensure the business calendar is administered and supported to time and purpose.
Collate and prepare various reporting and corporate documents to a high professional standard and ensure they are issued in a timely manner.
Provide a concierge service to ELT members regarding travel arrangements and accommodation.
Take responsibility for organising internal company events, working with respective members of SLT.
Attend meetings, taking minutes and maintaining actions and document storage on the ELT SharePoint.
Actively supporting ELT members and the management of their diaries and emails to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Working with CFO/CDO, provide routine reporting and task management of sales MI to ELT and Divisions.
Support strategic projects and initiatives for a range of topics including, events, ESG, people, marketing and communications.
Ownership of ad hoc projects as required by ELT.Benefits
