• Conduct surveying and invoicing tasks (in-house training provided)
• Assist with estimating responsibilities and project pricing
• Order and manage materials for projects
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Log and track incoming project enquiries
• Support the estimating team with administrative duties
• General administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operationsExperience & Skills Required
• Experience in the construction industry is required, preferably within flat roofing or arelated sector.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
