Established for over 22 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK's leading event & theming suppliers. We work with an ever-growing & impressive range of clients from well-known TV Shows, to Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events & bespoke projects each year. Our headquarters near Wetherby house an Aladdin's cave of props, furniture and theming, and our State of the Art Scenic Production facility is one of the largest in the UK.

Working as part of our in-house Sales Team, we are now on the lookout for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join us on a 1 year, fixed term basis - however for the right candidate who makes a notable impact, this could develop into a permanent position.  We need a results-oriented, proactive salesperson with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. You'll have a keen eye for spotting opportunities to generate new business while nurturing existing accounts. If you are confident, enthusiastic, and ready to drive sales growth by providing creative solutions, then this could be just the opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

*    Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, positioning EPH Creative as their go-to theming partner
*    Take full ownership of the customer journey, from initial inquiry to project delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
*    Proactively follow up on all leads and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth from your client list
*    Effectively up-sell and cross-sell products and services to maximise client spend and long-term partnerships
*    Conduct site visits and oversee installations where required, ensuring the highest standards are met
*    Manage client expectations, prioritise responses, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
*    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system
*    Be a key player in our fun, passionate, and high-performing sales team and contribute to the business's overall success

Skills & Experience

*    Proven track record in delivering sales growth
*    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
*    Strong influencing and negotiation skills
*    Good interpersonal skills with ability to network
*    Professional approach and attention to detail in creating creative and impactful proposals
*    Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to use initiative and work independently as part of a team
*    Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Please note: due to the collaborative nature of our environment and the role, this includes close liaison with multiple departments across varying streams. Therefore, working from home is not possible as a regular feature of this position.

Salary: Between £29,000-£31,000 depending on experience

Full Time 40 Hours - Monday-Friday
